Christina Zayas | Narcissistic Abuse Coach for Women

You’re not here to heal. You’ve already done that. You’re here because the same thing keeps happening. This is where the pattern finally ends, not through more therapy, but by changing the reflexes that leave you open to being taken advantage of.

About

I’m Christina Zayas, and I help women recover from narcissistic abuse. I don’t focus on teaching you about narcissists because you already know plenty. Instead, I work with your nervous system to help change the reflexes that made you vulnerable, so the cycle doesn’t repeat. My approach draws on shadow integration, somatic practices, and depth psychology. I use these tools, but my goal is always to help you become unexploitable.

My Why

I spent months in couples therapy with someone who was a narcissist, though the therapist never pointed this out. When I left the relationship, I thought his substance abuse was the main issue, not his personality.

Years later, I told my new therapist I was ready to work through what happened. She listened and supported me. Still, I was impatient between sessions. I started doing my own research, reading books, and learning all I could about narcissistic abuse. I understood it completely, but none of that changed my automatic reactions.

I kept overexplaining myself to people who didn’t ask for it. I kept giving chances to those who had already shown their true colors. I stayed in situations even when my instincts told me to leave. I was aware of the problem, but the pattern continued.

That’s when I realized what I truly needed wasn’t out there. I didn’t need more information or more validation. I needed to stop the exact reflexes that narcissists take advantage of. When I searched for help in therapy, books, and different programs, I couldn’t find it. Nothing was specific enough. No one was naming each reflex and helping to change them one at a time. So I created it myself. I used my own research, my own reconditioning process, and my personal experience. Then I turned it into a course, so you don’t have to figure it out alone as I did.

My Approach

Most approaches to recovering from narcissistic abuse help you understand what happened to you. My work looks at why your nervous system kept letting it happen and helps you change that at the source. Instead of only talking about patterns, we identify the exact reflexes that left you vulnerable, trace them back to their origins, and help you change them through shadow integration, inner child work, and targeted reconditioning. The aim is not just to heal but to ensure the old pattern has nothing left to hold on to.
